Privacy notice

1. Who is responsible for your data

AEROVANT ([__] legal name), the company that operates the G-COMIN brand in Mexico, is responsible for the personal data it receives through this site. Its address is Av. Ricardo Margain Zozaya 315, Valle del Campestre, 66263, San Pedro Garza García, Nuevo León, Mexico, and its contact email is contacto@aerovant.com.

2. What data we collect

Only what you enter in the contact form:

• Identification and contact details: name, company, email address and phone number.
• Project details: industry, state, area to light, shift hours, whether you want to buy or rent, estimated number of units and any description you choose to share.

We do not ask for sensitive, financial or asset-related personal data. Online purchases are made at shop.aerovant.com, which has its own privacy notice.

3. What we use it for

Necessary purposes, to respond to your request:

• Prepare the quote or equipment proposal you ask for.
• Contact you to clarify project details and follow up.
• Keep an internal record of the requests we receive.

Additional purpose, not required to serve you:

• Send you information about G-COMIN products, news and promotions.

If you do not want us to use your data for the additional purpose, email contacto@aerovant.com with the subject "Do not send marketing information". Opting out does not affect how we handle your request.

4. Who we share it with

We do not sell, rent or transfer your data. To run the site we rely on providers that process it on our behalf and only to deliver their service:

• Web3Forms, which receives the form and delivers it to us by email. Its servers may be located outside Mexico.
• The email provider G-COMIN México uses to receive requests.
• Meta Platforms, through the Meta pixel (see section 5).

We will only hand your data over to an authority when a law or a court order requires it.

5. Cookies and visit statistics

To know how many people visit the site and which pages they read, we use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which measures visits in aggregate, without cookies and without identifying you.

We also use the Meta pixel, a Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) tool that uses cookies and similar technologies. It records the pages you visit, whether you sent a quote request, your IP address and details about your browser and device. It does not receive what you type in the form. We use it to measure the results of our advertising and to show G-COMIN ads to people who visited the site. Meta handles this information under its own privacy policy, and its servers are located outside Mexico.

You can prevent it by blocking or deleting cookies in your browser settings and by adjusting your ad preferences in your Facebook or Instagram account. The site works the same either way.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while we follow up on your request and, where applicable, for as long as the business relationship lasts. After that, only for the time required by applicable legal obligations, and then we delete it.

7. How we protect it

We apply administrative, technical and physical measures to protect your data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized use, access or processing. The site runs over an encrypted connection (HTTPS), and only the staff who handle requests can access them.

8. Your rights

You can access your data, correct it if it is inaccurate, delete it or object to its use (known in Mexico as ARCO rights). You can also withdraw the consent you gave us or limit how we use your data.

To do so, send your request to contacto@aerovant.com including:

• Your name and a way for us to reply.
• A document proving your identity or, if you act for someone else, your authority to represent them.
• A clear description of the right you want to exercise and the data involved.
• Any other detail that helps us locate your information.

We will reply within 20 business days at most and, if your request is granted, carry it out within the following 15 business days.

9. Changes to this notice

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version on this page with its update date.
