The G-COMIN TL-500H sets the standard for innovation in Mexico's demanding industries as the only 100% electric portable light tower in the 50 kg class that reaches over 5 meters in height with one-person deployment.

Designed to replace noisy, costly diesel towers, it completely eliminates fuel, specialized transport and on-site maintenance costs, speeding up return on investment in construction, mining and emergency management projects.

Its power versatility lets it run on AC power (100-277V) to deliver a massive output of up to 65,000 lumens with dimming control, or on 3 portable D24-500 lithium batteries to deliver up to 35,000 lumens and continuous runtimes of 10 to 100 hours.

It also features independent LED light heads with multidirectional rotation, an ergonomic wired remote control and USB outputs for charging equipment in the field. The TL-500H is the ultimate solution in Mexico for safer, quieter, more profitable, zero-emission nighttime operations.

What sets the TL-500H apart

Three wheels and self-locking legs

The coaxial three-wheel design moves it over any terrain; the multi-level self-locking legs adapt to steps, slopes and potholes.

Adjustable light heads

Each light head adjusts separately: 360° rotation on the X axis and 180° on the Y axis, with three beam angles.

Three D24-500 batteries

With three D24-500 batteries (3 kg each) it runs from 10 hours in Turbo to 100 hours in Eco. It also runs on an AC driver.

Handheld controller

The controller on a coiled cable handles power, mode, brightness and dimming without bending down.

IP65 and level 8 wind

Resistant to weather and corrosion. The built-in dual-axis level helps find the balance point.

USB and toolbox

USB type A and type C outputs, a waterproof toolbox and manual mast retraction if the battery runs out.

Light modes

Four modes on battery, stepless on grid power

On battery it works in four steps of up to 35,000 lm. On AC, the controller knob dims from 0 to 100 %.

Lifting it off the ground takes two or more people, unless a forklift is available. It fits in a standard SUV.
